Once you've uploaded your loans or completed your API integration, your loan data is available on AGORA, and you're ready to create your deal!
Begin by logging into your AGORA account and navigating to the "My Loans" page. Your integrated or uploaded loans will be listed for view by loan number. When creating your pools for listing, you have the option to filter accounts to specific parameters including: payment frequency, seasoning, state, status, remaining term, and delinquency. Additionally, you have the option to "uncheck" loans you do not wish to list. Once you've selected your pool of accounts, you are ready to create your deal.
When creating your deal you have the option to include specified terms to potential buyers. They include recourse and an expected closing date. We recommend that you include a description with every deal you post that includes information such as monthly originations, time in business, GPS/SSID usage, and general sale expectations. If you are unsure of what information to include, feel free to reach out to your AGORA Account Manager. If you do not know who your Account Manger is, you can call us toll free at 877-592-4672. Including a description will give some color to potential buyers. Once you've entered the requested information, you are ready to list your loans as a deal. Click "Create Deal," and if you wish to proceed with the listing, click "OK" in the following prompt.
As a seller, you have the option to determine the visibility of your deal. Public deals will be available for consideration from all of our buyers. Private deals will not be visible to any buyers unless you forward an AGORA buyer the link to view your deal. We recommend that you list your loans as a public deal to ensure you are receiving true market value for your loans.
Attached to this tutorial you will find a Seller Survey. To provide buyers with the most information regarding your loans and your business, we recommend you complete the survey and upload the file to the Doc Room of your deal.
